Context & objective
Bring inventory, pricing, search, invoicing, internal accounting, history and recovery into one focused interface that works comfortably across desktop and mobile.

Approach
The interface follows real store tasks: find an item, check price and stock, review changes, create and manage invoices, access internal accounting information and use the AI assistant without losing operational control.

Solution
A responsive authenticated PWA with inventory and price management, search and filtering, change history, invoicing, internal accounting, barcode-related workflows and a customised AI assistant. The AI assistant is connected to the application’s real data and permitted actions, allowing users to work with operational features through a controlled interface. Permission and confirmation boundaries remain in place for actions that require them. The application is installable on supported desktop and Android environments and can be added to the iPhone Home Screen.

QA & validation
Desktop and mobile layouts, search, item detail, inventory and pricing workflows, invoicing, the main operational paths and the AI assistant’s interaction with real data and permitted actions have been tested.
